About Our Brass Letters
Our Brass Letters and Brass Logo designs are available in several flat-cut thicknesses along with our many other metal letters and plastic letters. Your sign letters are produced using only high quality brass materials. Flat brass sign letters from SPC Marketing are cut using computerized router and waterjet cutting systems, which allow our brass letters and designs to be used when the most precise reproduction is required.
Pentium powered computers paired with the latest graphics software reproduce your most complex ideas in beautiful brass. Your brass letters and logos are then produced using either cnc router or waterjet cutting machinery.
Router cut brass letters and logos are mechanically routed out of
flat metal stock. Based on the brass material thickness and letter size,
a 1/8"-1/4" router bit will be used. As a result, inside corners will

Waterjet cut brass letters and logos are made using a fine, high pressure stream of water that carries an abrasive mineral. This fine stream cuts through the brass and allows for sharp (.060") inside corners on lettering, intricate detail on logos, and letters under 2" high.
